Great company ! We had a BIG problem with our organization. We called Western Cars Horsham. Masood took care of us from the beginning to the end. And believe me, it wasn’t an easy trip. I've found Western Cars to be very prompt and reliable. Their cars are spotless and the drivers are very pleasant. It's also very reassuring to have an app with which to track their progress. You also get a text message telling you what sort of vehicle to look out for. I highly recommend them, especially if you want a very dependible and prompt company to take you to the airport. Western Cars came to our rescue when another taxi company let us down badly for an early flight pick-up, and we've used them ever since.

My taxi was booked for 23:50 but was cancelled 15 minutes before this by the driver. He had tried to call me but I missed the call. I was in the taxi office at the time so confused as to why my taxi was cancelled. The guy in the office was super helpful and ensured I got another one soon on a busy night.

First time we used this firm for getting to and from Gatwick in the last two weeks. Absolutely first class service from Ray and Raj and a lot cheaper than some others. Raj (or 331 as he is known) was very efficient and helpful, especially as I have mobility issues, and we had a prompt service from the airport at 1am which was welcome. Would thoroughly recommend and will be using again in September.

Really good customer service, kind and helpful. I had an appointment in East Grinstead that had already been cancelled once, when I found that the 84 bus service had been cancelled. I rang Western Cars and my taxi was with me within 15 minutes. I wasn’t even late! Thank you so much to the team at Western. Driver and car both smart and professional.
