Will was our driver again tonight. He was waiting for our arrival and messaged to notify us he was there.

Lovely, friendly and helpful through the journey home. A great experience from booking to arriving home. Highly recommended and will certainly book RM for our next holiday.

Absolutely first class experience. From help with bags and support for members of our group, to being really easy to contact when flights were early landing or adjustments were needed.

Roy was efficient and reliable. He arrived on time in a clean, well maintained minibus, and the drive to the airport was smooth and enjoyable. We travelled on a bank holiday in the middle of the night, but Roy was friendly and nothing was too much trouble in his assistance to us. He messaged me as we arrived back at Manchester Airport, and although there were complications in the airport which delayed us, he waited for us. The drive home was once again smooth and well driven. I highly recommend RM Transfers, and Roy for anyone needing assistance to and from the airport. Excellent service - thankyou!

Great service - fast response to any questions throughout the process. Confirmation the day before for a very early pick up (very reassuring). Roy was happy to pick up / drop off from individual properties which was great as going on a cruise we all had lots of luggage! On the return we were delayed but this was not a problem and he was in touch throughout and waiting for us when we arrived.

On relatively short notice Roy made our transfer as smooth and effortless as possible. Very fast in responding, clear and understanding! Arrived for our journey well on time and got us to our destination in very good time safely. Even let us connect our own music to the media.

Rating, 10/10

Looking forward to our return journey.

I cannot recommend Rmtransfers enough. My mum was travelling alone to the airport for the first time this morning. She was nervous about going alone and I looked online to find a company that could take her to the airport. As soon as I contacted Roy he responded immediately and when I explained about my mum nerves he went above and beyond to look after her. He not only took her to the airport but assisted her to the check in desk with great patience and kindness. My mum was so happy and it made a great start to her trip. Thank you Roy!
