Extremely poor service. My car was with this garage for nearly 12 months, and during that time very little progress was made. I was constantly chasing for updates, only to be ignored or left without any meaningful response. While the vehicle was in their possession, my windscreen was smashed, and I also received a parking fine for a period when the car was supposedly being kept securely in lock-up.

To make matters worse, I was denied access to my own vehicle. In my experience, this business showed a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer care. After eventually removing my car and taking it elsewhere, the difference was remarkable. The next garage replaced the windscreen free of charge, assessed the required work, provided a clear quotation, completed the warranty paperwork, and had everything moving forward within four weeks. I would strongly advise others to avoid this garage and take their business elsewhere.

Had my MK3 focus head skimmed not happy was done on the 9th of march just got it out the bag ready to put the engine back together notist lots of marks scuffs on this cylinder head now got to pay for someone else to do the job properly which has put me way behind grrrrrrr
